Listed here are past experiences that have given me the tools to be successful in public relations after graduation.

Center of Health and Wellbeing

In the Spring of 2020 I am taking a course that will help rebrand the Center of Health and Wellbeing. I am focusing on social wellbeing in order to bring light to what the center does to promote this dimension. My group will create social media pages and a blog post to help the rebranding of this center.


Panhellenic Delegate for Chi Omega 

Winter Park, Florida 

I on the executive board of the Upsilon Beta chapter of Chi Omega. This organization has helped me grow in so many ways. I have become a more confident person because of the women in this chapter. As Panhellenic Delegate I am the voice for Chi Omega when meeting with women from all different chapters on campus. I get to plan different events on and off campus that help bring awareness to girl power. My chapter is also lucky enough to be able to partner with Make-A-Wish in order to grant wishes to different children each semester. 

Tripping With Tara

Winter garden, Florida 
This is a blog to which I have helped since my junior year of high school. I help edit content in order to keep the blog up to date. I have been a guest writer on the website. I have also attend events to evaluate the experience in order to promote them on various social media platforms. With that, I update all social media platforms in order to grab the attention of an audience. 

Global Resort Homes

Kissimmee, Florida
In Summer of 2019 I was lucky enough to have an internship at Global Resort Homes. During my time there, I managed and posted content to the company’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts. I was also fortune enough to attend promotional events on behalf of the company. I created promotional graphics to advertise the brand and holidays. Lastly, I attend weekly meeting to create marketing and social media strategies. I was lucky enough to be hired by the company at the end of August.


Peer Mentor

Winter Park, Florida 
In the Fall of 2019 I was able to be a Peer Mentor at Rollins College. While holding this position I helped create multiple events to help a class of incoming students become immersed into the Rollins community. I also developed cross-cultural communication skills by engaging in conversations and experiences
with students from different backgrounds . Lastly, I ensured the wellbeing of students by collaborating with Residents Assistants, Campus Safety, and
Community Standards and Responsibility. I gained many skills that I can use in every type of situation. 


Campaign for New Hope for Kids

Maitland, Florida 

In the Spring of 2019 I helped create a campaign for an organization for New hope for Kids. We strived to bring awareness to this center by raising money to help support the families that attend it. In doing so my group created a campaign book, press release and fundraiser. 


I am conversational in Spanish. I am advanced in Final Cut Pro, illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft office. I am experienced in Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter
